Believe us when we say, shipping from Canada to the U.S. can be complicated. Our priority is making your experience as seamless as possible, including making sure you aren’t surprised by duties or tariffs when your order arrives.

That’s why we currently ship all U.S. orders with DHL Express. While it may be a little more expensive, they’ve been an incredibly reliable partner for us, getting your pieces to you quickly and safely. We’re always looking for ways to make U.S. shipping more affordable without compromising the experience.

Important Notes

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@desirevintage.com. Reshipment fees may apply to orders returned due to incorrect address details.
• Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. If you experience a delay or delivery issue, please contact us and/or the carrier using your tracking number.
• U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning applicable duties and import taxes are collected upfront. In rare cases, customs authorities may reassess a shipment or apply additional local charges. If you are contacted for additional payment, please contact us before paying so we can assist.
• Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender may be subject to return shipping costs, customs return fees, and any applicable restocking fee. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
