• We are not liable for courier delays, or for lost or stolen packages once shipped. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
• We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and import taxes are prepaid at checkout. Desire Vintage is not responsible for fees resulting from customs reclassification, local handling charges, or incorrect address provided at checkout. In rare cases, customs authorities may reassess a shipment. If you are contacted for additional payment, please contact us prior to paying so we can assist. Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender for any reason will be subject to return shipping fees, customs return fees, and a restocking fee. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
